Where can I find information on delivery, in-store pick up, exchanges and refunds?

Will the item I receive look exactly the same as it does on the website?

We do our absolute best to ensure that artwork and frames are represented as accuratley as possible. However, due to varying colours across monitors we cannot guarantee that what shows up on your doorstep will be an exact match of what you see online. If you are after an exact colour match of moulding or mats, we recommend you pop into a showroom for a comparison, or contact us and we may be able to send you a sample for a small fee depending on availability.

 

I have a 3D object that I want on the wall but I don't think you'll be able to frame it... what should I do?

 At Frame Effect we like to think that we can frame just about anything, in fact we have never had an object brought to us that we couldn't put on the wall! We are experts in thinking outside of the box... or inside the box as the case may be. The best thing to do is to bring your item into one of our showrooms and our talented design staff will work with you to come up with some options. If you're unable to make it into a showroom, contact us for a chat or send through a photo, we can at least let you know what would be involved in getting it in a frame and on display.

 

I have some photographs I want to frame but they don't suit any of the 'Upload Print & Frame' choices, do you have any other options?

We picked out moulding choices that we personally love and felt personified the stylish and contemporary look Frame Effect is known for. We chose frames that would suit a wide range of photographs, but we get it, not everyone will love them as much as we do. We have access to over 1,000 different moulding choices, so we're sure to have something that will catch your eye and bring out the best of your pictures. Pop into one of our showrooms to have a look at the range today, or if you are after something specific feel free to contact us with a description, or a photo of something you are trying to match, and we can send you photos of options we think might work. Please note that changing the moulding will likely alter the price.

 

I'm after some artwork a bit different to what you have listed, are there any other prints I can get?

 Absolutely... in fact we have over 40,000 of them! We picked out our favourites for the website, ones we love and know will look great in a wide range of spaces, but if there's something in particular you're after we would love to help you find it. Get in touch and let us know what kind of print you're looking for, we will scour our sources to find something you might like. Please note that depending on the print, it could alter the price.

 

I love something on your website, but don't want to enter my Credit Card details online, is there another way of making a purchase?

You can rest assured that any transactions put through on our website are safe, secure, and verified, and will not store any of your financial details. PayPal is available if you prefer to use a well-known third party transaction provider to enter your details into. Of course, we are also happy to take credit card payments over the phone, or via email (with details spread over several emails for safety), or as always just pop into a showroom and order right in store.

 

I am trying to check out but it will only give me the option for "In-Store Collection", why is this?

There are two possible reasons, either you are purchasing original artwork, or you are purchasing a lot of items that takes the package weight over the maximum. Check out our Delivery & Returns page for information on how postage is calculated. You can either contact us for a delivery quote, or split your items into multiple purchases for it to come up with delivery options.
